Stop grabbing your cell phone. The waking moments are sacred for the mind to grow. We need to wake up, clear our thoughts and decide whom we want to be.

- Play some music
- Read a magazine
- Cuddle a fur buddy
- Engage in the world you created
- Do something that feels good

Building confidence takes time, perseverance and practice. Be clear, be intentional and Get More out of each day.

Your Mental Health and The Time Change? ⏰💆🏽‍♀️

Research has shown that heart attacks and car accidents tend to rise after the time changes so be sure to do all that you can to reduce the feelings of grogginess and irritability over the next week!

8 Tips to make the change easier:

1. Start your night-time routine ~2 hours earlier and a few days in advance (like...tonight for example!) ⏰
2. Aim to be in bed at least 1 hour earlier than usual 🛌
3. Make time to unwind and watch relaxing entertainment, listen to calming music to signal to your body/mind it’s time to start preparing for sleep 🎧
4. Stay hydrated and stick to your family’s meal schedule 🍜
5. Go into your smartphone and turn off notifications so that you aren’t tempted to bypass that night-time routine! 📴
6. Try to limit coffee and stimulants (same goes for alcohol,  #sorry)🍷7. Try not to take long naps that may disrupt your ability to go to bed earlier 😴
8. Take your time in the morning and perform some self-care to help reduce irritability 🧘🏼‍♂️
