Transformationtuesday - 🍲A well balanced diet is a lunch bowl in each hand! These easy to prep, easy to pack and eat on the go bowls will make sure you don't get hangry during the day! 😋

🔖Save this post and refer to our caption for the recipe to avoid hangry vibes!

Directions
1️⃣Plan your bowl by choosing a whole grain, vegetable, protein, fat 

2️⃣Lay down first whole grain example: ½ cup cooked quinoa, brown rice, bulgur,  barley and add veggies 
1 cup of vegetables or 2 cups of leafy greens- can be raw, sauté, roast or grilled. Think Kale, or spinach with cherry tomatoes, cucmber, egg plant, squash, broccolli, onion or carrots. The list is endless...

3️⃣ Add protein of lean cooked 90g chicken, beef, beans, tuna, tofu 

4️⃣Sauce of 2-4 tablespoons of pesto, hummus, salsa, vinaigrette, smart carb sauces 

5️⃣Optional to add Fat ¼ avocado, olives, pumpkin seeds, crumbled feta 

6️⃣Garnish with fresh herbs like coriander, chives, lime wedges (make it beautiful) 

Voila! 😋
