Sure it’s June, but that doesn’t mean I can’t post a snowy red fox photo for Fox Friday 🤷🏻‍♂️

While this bear pictured here is not Felicia (never had the chance to see her myself), I urge you to click the link in @savefelicia863 bio and sign the petition in order to keep her and her cubs alive. You may also “pledge” a donation amount to help with the funding of a bear management project that would protect Felicia and her little ones. As of now, it sounds like things are heading in the right direction for these bears🤞

Similar to the momma fox I posted last Friday, this momma badger was bringing home a snack to her respective little ones. Also, look at those claws 😮

Last week on the way down to Grand Teton National Park, I thought to myself how cool it would be to get a shot of an animal (literally anything) in front of the Teton mountain range. Well, on my Birthday, I was surprised to find this beautiful fox mousing in front of the Grand Teton peak. Thankfully I was using a 100-400mm lens, otherwise I would’ve missed out on getting both in a single frame. This is not cropped at all, there was very little room for error when composing this shot in the viewfinder. Thanks Mother Nature and Happy 🦊 Friday

I was fortunate enough to see these two frolicking in the meadow last week on my Birthday. It was very interesting to see how different the bear management was handled by the park employees compared to Yellowstone, even though these two parks border each other. I have heard some sad news that a sub adult grizzly was recently euthanized in the Teton area. I believe the bear was a sibling to one pictured here. It’s sad the bear has to pay for people’s mistakes. I will post some other people’s posts to my story for more detailed information.

It’s nice when hard work and persistence pays off. These badgers seemed to elude me every which way over the past few weeks. As my time in Montana approaches the end, I was beginning to think I would come up empty handed. Little did I know, I just needed my girlfriend to show up. On her first day ever in Yellowstone, as we were driving along, she said “there’s one right there.” I was of course like yeah right, but to my surprise, there it was: a badger just trudging along through the sagebrush. Thank you @briodonaghue 😊
