Frozen shoulder likes it sounds, freezes the shoulder and thus limits the range in addition to causing pain, stiffness and muscle weakness. The cause of this condition is not very clear however we know that adhesions are formed in the shoulder joint capsule and therefore, this condition is also known as Adhesive CAPSULITIS. There are different stages of this condition. 
We want to make sure that we improve and maintain mobility of the shoulder joint to avoid inviting other problems.
These exercises with help to improve shoulder joint mobility.
If you are in early phase, start by doing fewer reps 10-15 and build it up to 3sets/2x/day.
Hold each position at the end range for 5-10 seconds for a good stretch. As always, listen to your body!
Gradually,add strengthening exercises throughout the available range to build shoulder and scapular muscles.
These set of exercises are great addition to your warm up routine to improve shoulder mobility.

Sciatica is a symptom that is caused due to some pathology in your lumbar spine and irritation of the sciatic nerve can lead to various symptom. Common symptom is feeling tingling, throbbing nerve pain going down to the leg and many a times, weakness in the legs.

There are many causes for this to happen like bulging disc, muscle tightness(many different muscles where the nerve passes through), spondylitis and many more.

Here, we are discussing the compression of the nerve in the piriformis muscle. Stretching this muscles will result in improving the nerve mobility. In addition to this, core muscle strengthening will result in relieving the symptoms and furthermore strengthen your body to take the load and prevent further injuries.

Get up and try these 2 stretches to stretch the muscles that commonly get tight and they can contribute largely to cause pain in front of your shoulder and pain can also radiate to neck. 

Also good to do if you don’t have pain but spend more time sitting on desk, phone, lifting!

Stretch only to the point of comfort, these stretch or any other exercise shouldn’t cause pain!

Do you get back pain because of standing, walking or simply being on your feet for long time?

Practicing these exercises on regular basis will help you reduce the low back strain, aid in stabilizing the back and improve core strength.

1️⃣ Happy Baby Pose
2️⃣knee to chest 
3️⃣straight leg raise
4️⃣ Clamshells

Except for the happy baby pose (3-5x with 45sec-1minute hold), other exercises 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps.
