In today’s society of comparison it doesn’t always feel like we have the permission to do this.

We LOVE running our autumn 🍂 nutrition talk, can you feel the change in the air? 

The autumn equinox is officially on 22nd Sept this year. 

Autumn reminds us to start the more inward journey as we  start the transition to longer nights. 

Equinox reminds us of equal balance, how much time do you need to yourself every day to feel balanced? Maybe 5 minutes is enough, if so protect that time fiercely and front load your day. 

If we follow the seasons with our diets we are slowed down less with colds as we detox because we naturally detox.  As we are weighed down less with the sugar, gluten & dairy and lean towards soups, stews & healthier apple crumbles.

Anxiety can get trapped in the body due to trauma not being released.

We hold trauma in our cells of which we have trillions. This in turn puts us in our fight or flight system on high alert. 

We cannot move past this until we learn how to release.
