INGREDIENTS OF VEGETABLE PIZZA 4 Servings 2 pizza base 2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder 2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil For Garnishing 1 cup grated cheese- goat cheese 3 tablespoon chopped black olives For The Main Dish 1/2 cup Pizza sauce For Toppings 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower 1/2 cup de flowered broccoli 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped carrot 1/2 cup sliced capsicum ( green pepper) 1/2 cup mushroom 2 medium finely chopped tomato Steps To make the sauce mixture, mix pizza sauce, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, minced garlic and turmeric powder together. Add lemon juice in the same. Heat a pan with oil in it over moderate flame. Saute cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and onions in the pan. Top up the pizza base with vegetables, cheese, olives and tomatoes and drizzle the remaining sauce over the toppings. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and crisp. Line base and side with baking paper. Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add butter. Process until combined. Press mixture over base of pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Step 2 Meanwhile, place chocolate in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir with a metal spoon for 10 minutes or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool for 10 minutes (see note). Step 3 Using an electric mixer, beat cream and liqueur until soft peaks form. Fold cream mixture into chocolate. Pour chocolate mixture over base in prepared pan. Smooth with a spatula. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
Shahi Sabudana Khichdi @masaalafood @vikhrolicucina @godrejlaffaire #brekkinggoodchallenge LIngredients 1 cup sabudana soak & drain 2 medium sized potatoes ½ cup roasted peanuts 8 to 10 curry leaves - optional 1 teaspoon grated ginger - optional 1 green chili - chopped 1 teaspoon cumin 3 tablespoon peanut 2 tbsp oil or ghee salt (sendha namak) as required 1 pinch black papper Steps Soak the sago pearls in 1 cup water or less for 4 hours and then drain. Keep aside. Make a paste of the mint leaves, ginger and green chillies in a blender. In a pan add 1tbsp ghee (ghee is preferred during Vrat) then add cumin seed when seeds begin to crackle add curry leaves and peanuts. Once the peanuts are done add the finely chopped onions and potatoes. Sauté till they are cooked then add salt. Now add the mint-ginger-green chilli paste, black papper and stir for fry 2mins. Add the drained soaked sago and mix well. Cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes until the sago is translucent. Steps 👉 We need to remove the seed of the mango while keeping the entire shape of the mango intact. Gently squeeze the mango & do not peel the mango. Remove the top of the mango by slicing the head/cap of the mango. Retain this cap. Now using a kitchen knife loosened the pulp around the mango seed. Firmly hold the seed and rotate it to loosen it further. Now pull it out. Place the mango with skin on in a small cup so it stands upright. . 👉Remove any pulp from the seed and add it to the mango mixture. . 👉Heat milk and reduce it till becomes 1/3rd. Add milkmaid & stir. . 👉Add the mango pulp to the reduced milk . 👉 Stir the mixture occasionally . 👉 Fill the cavity of the mango shell with the kulfi mixture. Put the mango cap back and freeze it for 8-9 hrs. .Once frozen, remove and peel the mango and then slice and serve. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
