Dear mommy, I can’t imagine my life without you in it. You are my best friend, the best ama, the strongest & bravest woman most have ever met. You have endured so much in life and nothing has ever broken you but made you stronger. You are my greatest cheerleader and warrior. I thank you a million times for raising me into the woman I am today. For worrying about me even though I’m thousands of miles away for hoping on a flight when ever I need you. Not only do you feel and know when something is wrong with me but you know without even hearing my voice. But I want to thank you most for saving my first borns life. You never left my side and you knew something was wrong, you were persistent & wouldn’t stop until doctors gave you an answer...you were connected to me and your first grandson a connection only a mother would feel...which I feel now with my boys. I adore you beyond words. I’m blessed to call you my mami. Te amo mi reina! @thomaselfernandez Happy Mother’s Day my queen!!

It’s sad to think that in the route in which the planet is going, this may be the only memories my boys will have of these mystical creatures if we all don’t make a drastic change. We will continue to educate them on the importance of taking care of the only planet we have for their futures sake. #earthdayiseveryday 🌍 @frostscience
Whether you decide to homeschool or do virtual learning let’s be honest covid has tested ALL of US in ways we cant even describe. As I once read, books will be written about us parents raising children during covid from not having the full blow newborn experience with loved ones to dealing with the terrible 2, 3, 4 and f*** 5’s locked away in our homes. To explaining to teens their H.S prom and graduation will be different. Being married, or single parent, loosing your job or juggling it all we can’t deny these last few months have been one for the books. We don’t know what tomorrow will bring and if we (including ours kids) will have Side effects of this quarantine in the future or if us homeschooling will be a major failure. Be kind to yourself and be patient with the kids.... TRUST me! It has been challenging. Let’s focus on what we can control and that’s our attitude. Laugh, tell love ones how you feel don’t take your days granted again and count your blessings. We can do this! Cheers to the new school year! #abcchallenge #abc #covidmom #virtuallearning #homeschooling #covidschool #newnormal #newnormal2020
