RoohAfza has been my favourite since childhood, loads of memories attached with this refreshing drink ,my granny used to make world's most delectable RoohAfza Mango shake when I come from school and Mom's RoohAfza Lassi with Aloo Paratha is simply to die for. 
Lockdown has been a really rough time for all we are missing meeting our loved ones but in touch with each other virtually. 
Summers is incomplete without RoohAfza so I created a very innovative healthy and scrumptious recipe made with RoohAfza. Made a video of this lovely recipe and shared with loved ones ,family and friends ,they all tried the recipe and simply loved,relished it.

Here I present my my very innovative recipe-

 "POWER PACKED ROOHAFZA" 

About the recipe-  I named it Power Packed RoohAfza because it's a great energy and immunity booster drink that refreshes and rejuvenates. Made with simple ingredients easily available at home.Try this amazing recipe of mine and I promise you ,your family and friends will love it for sure.

Ingredients- 
RoohAfza- 1/4 cup
Chilled water- 1/2 glass 
Roasted Chana Powder ( Sattu) - 2 tsp.
Fresh Mint or Coriander leaves (whatever available at home) -  few 
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Ginger juice- 1/2 tsp.
Lemon Juice- 1 tsp.
Ice cubes made of RoohAfza- as many as you like.

Method- 
Pour water in a glass add Roasted Chana Powder or Sattu ,mix well .
Add other ingredients. Serve  chilled @advanll @pin2_prsd @manju25 @damanibirju @ganeshvasudevannair @gautam.nag8

 I always prefer home cooked food that is full of nutrition and delectable as well.
I love seasonal fruits and vegetables as nature is sensible enough to provide us food that suit us best according to season and keep us healthy. 
I avoid white poison that are Refined flour,Refined sugar, polished rice etc.
Use wholewheat bread and bake wheat Pizza at home with loads of fresh vegetables. 
Sprouts ,salad soup are my all time favourite

My father is One Man Army for me because- Papa has been my greatest strength and strong support.

He always motivates me by saying -
"हर  गलती  कुछ  सिखा  जाती  है 
हर  उन्नती  हौंसले  बढाती  है 
रुकना  नही कभी 
ज़िन्दगी  हर  पल  एक  सबक  दे  जाती  है

" No obstacle can be bigger than your courage and self confidence to overcome it so never give up "

He has a Heart of Gold as he is not only devoted to his family but always very helpful and kind to others as well .

I have bundles of memories of childhood with Papa to cherish forever .One of most  adorable and funny one is - I was very much fascinated when see papa with shaving cream on his face.
