Nutmeg. This fragrant, medicinal spice has so many uses in plant-based cooking! Nutmeg is found to have health benefits, including its ability to relieve pain, soothe indigestion, strengthen cognitive function, detoxify the body, boost skin health, alleviate oral conditions, reduce insomnia, increase immune system function, and prevent leukemia, and improve blood circulation.  Below are ways I use nutmeg in my dishes: *Alfredo and “cream” sauces. *Sweet icings, toppings & baked goods. *Savory dishes that include other exotic spices, like cinnamon, allspice, clove. *Teas - added by itself or along with cardamon and cinnamon. * Spice rubs - no limit here * Zested with a microplaner on top of endless dishes for that extra, what is that flavor? Component 😬  Remember, plant-based cooking requires extra flavor enhancements like exotic spices to elevate each meal. 🌱🧡💛💚💙💜

Substitute the dressing for their Lime Vinaigrette and order the salad with no cheese. This would have been good with 🥑avocados 🥑 instead of cheese 🙏🏻 I ordered a baked potato with Balsamic Dressing on the side too🥔

The ingredients are: local micro-greens, AZ wheat berries, Ramona Farms tepary beans, sweet potato, brussel sprouts, red kale, beets, avocado and cherry tomatoes (orange vinaigrette) 🥬🥑🍠🥗🌱 ALL WHOLE FOODS - super rare at a restaurant/brewery
